SMS & WhatsApp signing
Signing links where your clients actually read.
Emails get buried; texts get opened. Send each signing link by text message, WhatsApp or email (or by Facebook Messenger or Instagram when you’re already chatting there), whichever your client prefers, and they sign on their phone in a couple of taps.
How it works
From text to signed in under a minute.
Choose the channels
When you add a recipient, tick email, text or WhatsApp, or Messenger or Instagram if they’ve messaged you there recently. Sign Work Pro remembers each client’s choice for next time.
They get a private link
Each recipient receives their own link in a short message from your brokerage’s name.
They verify and sign
A one-time code can be required first. Then they review, tap to sign and initial on their phone.
Everyone gets the copy
The signed PDF and its certificate go to every party, and to your client’s free document portal.

Made for phones
No app, no account, no printer.
The signing page fits any phone screen. A “Start” button jumps from field to field, and clients can finish as soon as every required field is done. If they can’t sign, they can decline with a reason, and you’re told straight away.
- If a text can’t be delivered, the link goes by email instead and you’re notified.
- Reminders go out on each client’s preferred channel.
- Every link, view and signature is recorded in the audit trail.
Questions
Text and WhatsApp signing FAQ
Can clients sign documents from a text message?
Yes. Choose text message when you add the recipient, and they receive a short message with a private signing link. Tapping it opens the document in their phone’s browser, with no app to install.
Which channels can I send signing links on?
Email, SMS text message and WhatsApp, plus Facebook Messenger and Instagram when your client has messaged your Facebook Page or Instagram account in the last 24 hours (Meta only allows businesses to reply within that window). You can pick more than one channel for each recipient, and each client’s preferences are saved in your contacts.
What happens if a text message can’t be delivered?
If the text fails, Sign Work Pro sends the link by email instead (when the recipient has an email address) and warns you, so the signing doesn’t stall.
Is signing through a text link secure?
Each link is long, random and private to one recipient, works only while the document is open for signing, and can require a one-time code first. Every open, code and signature is recorded in the audit trail.
Do reminders go out on the same channel?
Yes. Automatic and manual reminders use the recipient’s chosen channels, so a client who prefers WhatsApp gets reminded on WhatsApp.
